A dogma is something one believes in total lack of evidence, doctrine is that which is believed on the basis of reasonable evidence. Luckily for us theists, there is plenty of evidense supporting the Bible and Christianity to make doctrines instead of dogmas. Christianity is not a blind faith, but a real faith in a real person, the Lord Jesus Christ based on facts. Most humanistic philosophies and religions are blind dogmas based on the unproven words of dead people. Others make up phoney proofs to support their dogmas (Da Vinci Code anyone?). There is no suck thing as a biblical dogma, because facts support the Bible.
Unbelievers like to accuse Christians of being "dogmatic" when they take a stand for what the Bible says. But this is not so because Christianity is not a blind faith but a reasonable faith in the real person of Jesus Christ. It is in fact the unbeliever who is being dogmatic because they promote and propagate a false, manmade philosophy which they have no evidnece for.
