Whenever Biblie-believers expose error in the world, we are often accused of being nitpicky. Encarta defines nitpicky as "to find fault, often unjustifiably, with insignificant details of something". When a Christian talks about the evils in the world, it is not trivial, but an exposure of something that could be dangerous to someones spiritual wellbeing. But of course, people don't like to be told that they're wrong, and the nonbeliever is blind to what the dangers that born agains are aware of. This all stems from humanistic arrogance and the secular worldview. What the Bible says is evil the world readily calls 'normal' and embraces, and the relativistic ethic that says you can't use the Bible to criticize anything. It is okay, however for liberals to criticize you for not being "tolerant" or "progressive" enough. Here is an excellent article on the subject: www.fundamentalbiblechurch.org/Foundation/fbcerror.htmAlso: www.av1611.org/crock/judbynum.html
