The answer is that if God destroyed the Devil right now He would have to judge those that are following the Devil and living in sin, rejecting Jesus Christ as their Savior. But God is love and He is long suffering. 2 Peter 3:9 says, "The Lord is not slack concerning his promise, as some men count slackness; but is longsuffering to us-ward, not willing that any should perish, but that all should come to repentance." He is giving people time to repent and be saved.
God will in time destroy Satan, casting Him in the Lake of Fire...Rev. 20:10 clearly says that Satan is doomed.
Revelation 20:11-15 says....that those that followed Satan will be judged and they to will be cast into the Lake of Fire. The Good News is that if a person is alive and can hear the Gospel of the Lord Jesus Christ they can be saved and go to heaven. (Romans 10:9-10, John 3:16)

Let all your things be done with charity" (1 Cor. 16:13-14).
