No. karma requires some sort of mystical exchange of justice by the universe itself, whereas "reap what you sow" refers to direct cause and effect. Karma is a heathen and unbiblical belief, and at the base of the Hindu idea of reincarnation. You can read more about it at christiananswers.net/q-eden/edn-r009.html. Here is a quote from the above link: "The Bible also contradicts the belief in karma by emphasizing grace. According to the Bible, atonement and forgiveness may be gained only through the death and bodily resurrection of Jesus Christ. Salvation is based solely upon the work of Jesus Christ, not upon our own merits. The concepts of reincarnation and karma are in clear contrast to Hebrews 9:27, "For it is appointed for men to die once and after this comes judgment." Paul clearly states that the soul does not transmigrate into another living body, but goes to await judgment." Perhaps the idea of karma came from a corruption of "reap what you so". It is possible that the events in Job (a real person in history) took place before the flood, so Noah would have known it, or had it on clay tablets. After the flood as people spread out the story was passed down, it was corrupted creating the idea of karma. God revealed the story to Moses who wrote it down, and the rest is history. This is just on of many ideas, so I won't be dogmatic about it. But is is worth considering.
